Ashok Jain, born on January 1, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and a postgraduate degree in Project Management. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chairman, Managing Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Special Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Collector (Development), General Manager, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Additional Chief Secretary. His most recent position was Chief Election Officer at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from October 6, 2010, to December 31, 2017, within the Directorate of Education.
