Ashok A. Shingare, born on August 1, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.Sc. from Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani, Maharashtra. Currently serving as the District Magistrate and Collector of Thane since September 29, 2022, he is part of the General Administration Department. Throughout his career, he has held positions including District Collector and Chief Executive Officer. Ashok A. Shingare continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Maharashtra.
