Ashish Thakare, born on April 14, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Politics from the University of Pune, along with a PG Diploma in Journalism. Currently serving as Secretary at the Board of Revenue, Odisha since August 7, 2024, Ashish has previously held positions including Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Project Director. He is proficient in English, Marathi, and Odia. Ashish Thakare continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
