Ashish Singhmar, born on October 5, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Himachal Pradesh since February 18, 2026, working in the Chief Minister's Office. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Secretary in various capacities. Singhmar is proficient in English and Hindi. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
