Ashish Kundra, born on March 6, 1973, is a 1996 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics. Currently serving as the Chief Secretary at Ladakh since January 1, 2026, Kundra has previously held the position of Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he continues to contribute to public administration within his cadre.
