Ashish Kumar Singh, born on 31 December 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary at Mumbai, Additional Municipal Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Managing Director, Joint Managing Director, Additional Director, Joint Secretary, CEO, and Private Secretary. His service was primarily within the Treasury and Accounts Department. Singh's extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership and executive roles across Maharashtra.
