Ashish Kumar, born on October 1, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2022 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree. Currently, he is the Municipal Commissioner at Motihari Municipal Corporation, Bihar, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. Prior to this, he served as Additional Municipal Commissioner and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Ashish Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and governance of Bihar.
