Ashima Jain, born on 27 July 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 Bihar cadre. She holds a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in Economics. Currently, she serves as Additional Member of the Revenue Board, Bihar, a position she has held since 5 August 2025. Her extensive career includes roles such as Transport Commissioner, Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and District Development Commissioner, among others. She has also served on central and inter-cadre deputations and as Personal Secretary to Ministers of State. Ashima is proficient in English and Hindi.
