Ashima Brar, born on 19 September 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch, Haryana cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from the Delhi School of Economics. Currently, she serves as Commissioner & Secretary at Haryana in the Excise & Taxation department since 20 March 2026. Throughout her career, she has held multiple positions as Commissioner & Secretary to the Government. Ashima Brar is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to be in active service.
