Aryaka Akhoury, an IAS officer of the 2013 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, currently serves as Special Secretary in the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department, Lucknow, since April 21, 2025. Born on December 14, 1985, she holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Botany from the University of Delhi. Her previous roles include Collector and District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Assistant Secretary. Aryaka has received the Best Electoral Practice Award 2022, secured 2nd position in the Best Performing Municipal Council category under PMAY(U), and was recognized for Best Performance in the Swachhta Hi Seva abhiya
