Arvinder Singh, born on August 4, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Punjab cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Deputy Commissioner, Special Secretary, Additional Registrar, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Secretary of the Transport Department, a role he held from February 12, 2010, to August 31, 2015. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administration of Punjab until his retirement.
