Arvind V, born on 26 May 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, serving in the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.A L.L.B. (Hons) degree in Law from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Regional Commissioner, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, and Collector of Patan. Since 9 April 2025, he has been serving as the Managing Director at Gandhinagar. Arvind is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Gujarati. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
