Secretary, Transport, Women and Child Development Department
Arvind Singh Hyanki, born on 27 June 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Transport, Women and Child Development Department since 19 April 2022. His previous roles include Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister, Additional Secretary, and Under Secretary. Mr. Hyanki continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttarakhand in his ongoing service.
