Arvind Singh, born on 14 May 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a B.A. Honors in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chairman, Additional Chief Secretary, Minister (Economics & Commercial), Managing Director, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Member Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Collector, and Private Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary at the Ministry of Tourism in New Delhi.
