Arvind Pal Singh Sandhu, born on 22 February 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.A. and an LL.B. degree. During his service, he was appointed as the State Commissioner in the Department of Persons with Disabilities, serving from 26 June 2024 to 28 February 2026.
