Arvind Kumar Verma, born on May 3, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary at Bihar in the Cabinet Secretariat, a position he has held since August 5, 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, Collector, and District Magistrate.
