Arvind Kumar Singh, born on November 24, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Bihar cadre. During his service, he held the position of District Magistrate starting January 11, 2013. He also served in the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. His career in the IAS spanned various administrative roles within the Bihar cadre.
