Arvind Kumar Singh, born on 10 February 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch of the Bihar cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and Special Secretary. His most recent appointment was as Special Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, serving from 18 January 2011 to 28 February 2011. Singh’s extensive experience in administrative roles reflects his long-standing service in the Indian Administrative Service.
