Arvind Kumar Mina, born on March 4, 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.Sc. from the University of Rajasthan and a B.Sc. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Assistant Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, District Magistrate, Under Secretary, State Project Director, Secretary, and Collector. Currently, he is serving as Secretary in the Minority Affairs Department, West Bengal, a position he assumed on March 23, 2026. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
