Arvind Kumar Dubey, born on February 6, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, belonging to the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister and Managing Director of the Agro Industries Development Corporation since February 3, 2025. Prior to this role, he has held the position of Collector. Mr. Dubey continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Madhya Pradesh.
