Arvind Kumar, born on October 26, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 batch, Telangana cadre. He holds an M.A. and a Postgraduate Diploma from Princeton University, New Jersey, USA. Throughout his career, he has served as Special Chief Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Arvind Kumar is currently suspended since March 2, 2026. He continues to be in service.
