Arup Sengupta, born on 25 February 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree. During his service, he served as Commissioner in the School Education Department from 31 January 2023 to 28 February 2026.
