Aruna Sundararajan, born on July 12, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Kerala cadre. She holds a B.A. in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Philosophy, and a Diploma in Public Administration. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including District Collector, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Principal Secretary, and Executive Director. Her most recent position was Secretary of the Department of Telecommunications from June 23, 2017, to July 31, 2019. Sundararajan's extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership roles across government departments.
