Arun Kumar Sinha, born on 14 May 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering, an M.B.A. in Business Administration, and an M.Tech. in Water Resources Development. During his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary to the Government in the Health and Family Welfare Department from August 2016 to May 2017. His extensive experience includes roles such as Principal Secretary, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Joint Secretary, Commissioner, Special Secretary Director, Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Joint Magistrate.
