Arun Kumar Sinha, born on August 1, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1972 Gujarat cadre. He held various key positions including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, Managing Director, Commissioner, Additional Resident Commissioner, and Member Secretary. His most recent role was Principal Secretary at the Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from February to November 2005. Mr. Sinha holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Technology, and an MBA in Business Administration.
