Arun Kumar Singh, born on 28 August 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 batch, Bihar cadre. He has served in the Health and Family Welfare Department, holding the position of Additional Secretary from 7 September 2005 to 31 August 2006. Throughout his career, he also held key roles including Chief Executive Officer and Joint Secretary. Mr. Singh is a graduate and has contributed to the administrative framework within his cadre until his retirement.
