Arun Kumar Singh, born on 28 August 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities within the Health and Family Welfare Department. His most recent position was Additional Secretary from 7 September 2005 to 31 August 2006. Prior to this, he held roles including Chief Executive Officer and Joint Secretary. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administrative functions of the department until his retirement.
