Arun Kumar Gupta, born on 14 September 1966, is a 1992 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Haryana cadre. He holds an M.Tech. and a B.E. degree. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Haryana, a position he has held since 28 January 2026. His previous roles include Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. Fluent in English and Hindi, Arun Kumar Gupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
