Arun Kumar Gupta, born on 14 September 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds an M.Tech. and a B.E. degree. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Haryana, a position he assumed on 28 January 2026. His previous roles include Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. Fluent in English and Hindi, Mr. Gupta continues to contribute to the administration of Haryana.
