Arun K Roy-Ii, born on 12 February 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Director, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, and most recently as Special Secretary in the Human Resources Department from 1 November 1999 to 28 February 2002. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal until his retirement.
