Arugula Sneha, born on August 11, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Tech degree and is currently the Collector and District Magistrate (CDO) and Executive Officer (EO) at Puri Zilla Parishad, a position she has held since March 27, 2026. Prior to this, she served as CDO-cum-EO. Ms. Sneha continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and governance within the Zilla Parishad department.
