Arugula Sneha, born on August 11, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Tech degree and is currently in service. Since March 13, 2026, she has been appointed as the CDO-cum-EO at Mayurbhanj under the Zilla Parishad department.
