Arti Sharma, born on 02 January 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, AGMUT cadre. She holds graduate and postgraduate degrees from Lucknow University and has cleared NET from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as the Special Secretary in the Planning Department at the Government of NCT of Delhi since 17 October 2024. Her previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Special Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Director, Additional Director, Commissioner & Registrar, and Sub Divisional Officer. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
