Arti Dogra, born on 18 July 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Rajasthan cadre. She holds a B.A. from Delhi University and an M.A. from the University of Garhwal. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including APO, Secretary to Chief Minister, Special Secretary to CM, Joint Secretary to CM, Managing Director, and multiple terms as District Collector and District Magistrate. Currently, she is the Chairman at Jaipur in the DISCOMs department, a position she has held since 6 September 2024. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
