Arti Dogra, born on 18 July 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 Rajasthan cadre. She holds a B.A. from Delhi University and an M.A. from the University of Garhwal. Currently, she serves as Secretary at Rajasthan’s Energy Department since 20 March 2026. Her past roles include APO, Secretary to Chief Minister, Special Secretary to CM, Joint Secretary to CM, Collector and District Magistrate, Managing Director, and Chairman. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Arti Dogra continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Rajasthan.
