Arti Ahuja, born on 28 February 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Odisha cadre. She holds a Graduate degree in Economics and LL.B., and an M.A. in Economics from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Secretary, Special Director, Joint Director, Chairman, Principal Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, Deputy Director, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, District Collector, Additional District Magistrate, and Sub Collector. Her most recent role was Secretary at the Department of Labour and Employment, Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi, from 15 September 2022 to 29 February 2024
