Arshdeep Singh Thind, born on 18 May 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Punjab cadre. He holds a B.E. degree from PEC, Chandigarh. Currently, he serves as the Administrative Secretary in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Punjab, a position he has held since 29 October 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Additional Commissioner, Secretary, Commissioner, General Manager, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Sub Divisional Manager. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi and continues to serve in the IAS.
