Arjun Singh, born on December 20, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1971 Gujarat cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Assistant Collector, Joint Director, Managing Director, Development Commissioner, Secretary, Commissioner (Housing), Principal Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. His most recent role was Additional Chief Secretary at Gujarat from March 5 to December 31, 2005. He was associated with the Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change during his service.
