Arjun Singh, born on 20 December 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1971 Gujarat cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Assistant Collector, Joint Director, Commissioner (Housing), Development Commissioner, Managing Director, Principal Secretary, Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary at Gujarat from 5 March 2005 to 31 December 2005. He was associated with the Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change during his service.
