Arindam Dakua, born on 25 June 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Berhampur University and an M.A. and M.Phil. in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he is the Director at Odisha's Municipal Administration Department, a position he has held since 1 January 2025. His previous roles include Director & Additional Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Project Director. He is proficient in English and Oriya (Odia). Arindam Dakua continues to serve in the IAS.
