Arif Ahsan, born on 15 September 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree. Currently, he serves as the State Transport Commissioner at Bihar, a position he has held since 14 December 2025. Previously, he has worked as Collector and District Magistrate. Arif Ahsan continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
