Arif Ahsan, born on 15 September 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and has served as Collector and District Magistrate. Currently, he is the State Transport Commissioner of Bihar, a position he has held since 14 December 2025. Arif Ahsan continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
