Aravind Mallappa Bangari, born on 30 March 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and an M.Sc. in Genetics from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate and Collector at Agra since 15 September 2024. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, Assistant Collector and Magistrate, and Probationer.
