Aravind Agrawal, born on 23 September 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Com from Sambalpur University, is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI New Delhi, and earned an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as Commissioner-cum-Secretary in the Higher Education Department at Bhubaneswar since 9 June 2023. His previous roles include Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, and Sub Collector. He received the Seva Samman award on World First Aid Day in 2018. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
