Arabinda Ghosh, born on 21 September 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, West Bengal cadre. During his career, he served in the Health and Family Welfare Department. His most recent designation was Commissioner, a position he held from 24 July 2017. Prior to this, he held roles including Additional Secretary and Joint Director.
