Apv Subbiah, born on June 5, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Superintendent, Assistant Secretary, Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Special Deputy Collector, District Supply Officer, and Revenue Divisional Officer. He held the position of Joint Collector from April 1, 1990, to June 1, 1993. He was also associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. His extensive service reflects a dedicated tenure in administrative roles within the Andhra Pradesh government.
