Apurva Dubey, born on 23 September 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours in English Literature from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as Director at SUDA, Lucknow, since 20 May 2025. Her previous roles include Chief Development Officer, Special Secretary, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, Joint Magistrate, Assistant Secretary, and Vice Chairman of the Aligarh Development Authority. Fluent in English and Hindi, Apurva Dubey continues to contribute to public administration in Uttar Pradesh.
