Aps Sinha, born on 20 February 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the Bihar cadre, batch 0. He holds a graduate degree in Physics and a diploma in International Relations. During his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Law and Justice Department from 1 September 1989 to 1 March 1991.
