Apoorva Kumar Singh, born on 24 October 1967, is a 1991 batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre. He holds an LL.B. from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and an M.E. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Higher Education Department of Haryana, a position he assumed on 20 March 2026. Mr. Singh has previously held the role of Additional Chief Secretary. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
