Apoorva Kumar Singh, born on 24 October 1967, is a 1991 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Haryana cadre. He holds an LL.B. from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and a Master of Engineering degree. Fluent in English and Hindi, he currently serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Department of Haryana, a position he assumed on 1 December 2024. Mr. Singh continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Haryana in his ongoing service.
