Apoorva Bharat, born on 18 November 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow. Currently, he serves as the Joint Collector at Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since 8 October 2025. Previously, he worked as a Sub Collector. Apoorva Bharat continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
