Apoorv Devgan, born on March 20, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and a Master's degree in Human Resource. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, a position he assumed on February 1, 2024. His previous roles include Sub Divisional Officer and Assistant Secretary. Apoorv Devgan continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
