Aparna M B, born on 28 September 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, assigned to the Punjab cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours in Microeconomics from the University of Delhi and an M.A. in Economics. Aparna has served as Sub Divisional Magistrate and is currently the Chief Administrator at the Patiala Development Authority, Punjab, a position she has held since 22 January 2026. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
