She holds a B.A. and M.A. and is currently serving as the Senior Special Secretary in the Tribal Development Department of West Bengal since January 19, 2026. Prior to this role, she was on compulsory wait. Ms. Sett continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal through her current position.
