Special Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department
Anwar Alam Manzar, born on 20 July 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Urban Development and Housing Department from 18 June 2007 to 31 July 2008.
