Anurag Srivastava, born on 30 June 1967, is a 1992 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and is currently serving as Principal Secretary at Namami Gangey & Rural Water Resources Department, Lucknow since 22 January 2020. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to Government, Joint Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Chairman, Vice Chairman, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, and Chief Development Officer. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Anurag Srivastava continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
