Anurag Agarwal, born on October 11, 1967, is a 1994 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Haryana cadre. He holds two M.A. degrees and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary at Haryana's Irrigation and Water Resources Department, a position he has held since April 9, 2026. Throughout his career, he has also held the roles of Additional Chief Secretary and Additional Chief Secretary to Government. Anurag Agarwal continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
